We use a sophisticated, secure HIPAA-compliant IT network to transfer huge data files through a high-speed Internet connection from the sleep study site to our team of registered polysomnographic technologists (RPSGTs). Our state-of-the-art options include:

HIPAA-compliant FTP Server - To securely upload and download your patients' sleep studies.

Remote Access to Your Server - We can remotely access your server and upload your patients' sleep studies for you, saving your technologists' time.

Citrix or Remote Desktop Terminal Servers - We can do remote scoring onsite in your server, which saves time because no uploading or downloading is required.

After the sleep study score is completed, our RPSGTs send it to the diagnosing physician's computer and then to the referring physician for anytime, anywhere access via the Internet. The speed and accuracy afforded by this high-speed Web-based system lets you see more patients at your sleep center without worrying about a backlog of patient records and billing. Plus, the IT system updates all patient files electronically and reduces the chances of errors. Finally, our IT system allows for electronic billing to insurance companies, which translates into faster reimbursement and improved cash flow.
