Cleve Yu
President & CEO

Cleve Yu represents n2sleep as its President and CEO, both in the United States and Internationally, to promote the establishment of sleep diagnostic facilities. Cleve oversees all of n2sleep’s separate business units.

Cleve is a Certified Financial Planner with more than 10 years of Private Banking and Investment Banking experience with a major Wall Street Firm. He authored the White Paper Changing the Business of Sleep.

Cleve earned a Masters in Business Administration from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, CA.

Helen Yu
Senior Vice President of Finance & Chief Financial Officer

Helen Yu is the Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of n2Sleep. Helen is a Certified Public Accountant and manages the cash flow of the entire company. She is responsible for profit/loss for all the separate business divisions of n2sleep. She is also responsible for all regulatory reporting requirements to the appropriate agencies. 

Helen formerly served as Senior Manager for a Big Four public accounting firm. She was the Co-Owner of Knowledge Share Consulting Group, a software-consulting group that she co-owned with her husband Cleve Yu.

Helen graduated from the University of the Philippines in Manila with a major in business administration and accounting. She earned a Masters Degree in Computer Science from the University of San Francisco, CA.

Ricardo Tiu
Senior Vice President of n2sleep
President of International Operations

Ricardo Tiu serves as the Senior Vice President of n2sleep and President of International Operations. Ricardo directs n2sleep’s off-site locations, primarily in the Philippines. He is responsible for operations and profit/loss.

Ricardo formerly served as the Owner in Charge of Finance and Operations of Artista Pilipina, a deployment company to Japan. He previously held the position of Owner in Charge of Production for Sunta Rubberized Industrial Corporation, a vinyl manufacturer and Boston Manufacturing Corporation, a fabric manufacturer.

Ricardo graduated in AB Economics from Ateneo de Manila University, in Manila, Philippines.

Glenn Roldan, RPSGT
Senior VP of Clinical Operations

n2sleep is proud to have a nationally recognized Glenn Roldan, RPSGT as our Senior Vice President of Clinical Operation. Glenn brings considerable experience as a Clinical Operations Director to n2sleep. Glenn trains all of our RPSGTs and oversees our strict quality control process.

Glenn has delivered hundreds of lectures to professional medical associations and hospitals both nationally and internationally. He delivered the keynote presentation on the new sleep score protocols at the last APS show. His research is published in peer-reviewed journals.

Glenn is the recipient of a Peter McGregor Award from the Association of Polysomnographic Technologists. He is a member of the California Sleep Society, CA Thoracic Society, American Academy of Sleep Medicine, and American Association of Sleep Technologists.

Glenn is licensed by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists. Glenn earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from California State University in Hayward, California. He completed the Course in Clinical Polysomnography at Stanford University in Palo Alto, CA.
